We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 USD. Orders under $100 will include a flat-rate shipping fee calculated at checkout.
4. Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track it anytime via chinest.shop/track.
5. Do you accept returns?
Yes, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery on non-personalized items in original condition. Read our Refund Policy for full details.
6. What if my item arrives damaged?
If your jewelry arrives damaged or defective, please email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll make it right.

8. Do you make custom or personalized jewelry?
Yes! Some of our products allow personalization such as names or initials. Details will be listed on the product page.
