You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be:
Unused and in the same condition that you received it
In its original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., order number, receipt)
Note: Personalized or custom-made jewelry is non-refundable unless it arrives damaged or defective.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your item upon arrival. If it is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with:
Clear photos of the issue
Your order number
A brief description of the problem
We will either offer a replacement or a full refund.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the error was ours).
